How does the subscription work?

Choose your preferred arrangement size and delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or yearly), and we'll deliver fresh, seasonal blooms right to your door on a recurring basis. Each delivery features a unique designer arrangement showcasing the best blooms of the season.

What sizes are available?

We offer six sizes to fit any space and budget:

  • The Bud ($50) - Perfect for desks and small spaces
  • The Bloom ($65) - Ideal for side tables and entryways
  • The Bouquet ($80) - Great for dining tables and focal points
  • The Arrangement ($100) - Designed for lobbies and large tables
  • The Showstopper ($125) - Luxurious displays for upscale spaces
  • The Masterpiece ($150) - Our most premium offering

Can I choose my delivery frequency?

Yes! You can select weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or yearly delivery. Yearly subscriptions are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special dates you don't want to forget. Custom frequency available when you contact the shop directly (515)720-1121

Where do you deliver?

We offer local delivery throughout the Des Moines metro area. (These areas include but are not limited to: Altoona, Ankeny, Bondurant, Carlisle, Clive, DSM, Grimes, Johnston, Norwalk, Pleasant Hill, Polk City, Urbandale, Waukee, West Des Moines, Windsor Heights) Contact us for specific delivery zone details or to inquire about your location.

What types of flowers will I receive?

Each arrangement features high-end seasonal blooms curated by our designers. We prioritize local Iowa-grown stems when available and create custom color palettes that complement any space. Every delivery is unique, so you'll enjoy variety throughout your subscription.

Can I pause or skip a delivery?

Absolutely! You can manage your subscription through your customer portal, where you can pause, skip, or reschedule deliveries as needed.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees.

Do you offer subscriptions for businesses?

Yes! Our subscriptions are perfect for commercial spaces like real estate offices, auto dealerships, financial institutions, salons, and restaurants. We offer flexible delivery schedules and can work with you on custom arrangements. Contact us to discuss commercial account options.

Can I send a subscription as a gift?

Definitely! Flower subscriptions make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, or for loved ones who live out of town. You can set up a subscription to be delivered to any address within our delivery area.

What's included with each delivery?

Each delivery includes a professionally designed fresh flower arrangement. Depending on the size, arrangements may include a vase or be designed for your existing containers. Care instructions are included with every delivery.

Can I request specific flowers or colors?

While our standard subscriptions feature designer's choice arrangements, we're happy to note your preferences. For fully custom arrangements with specific flowers or one-of-a-kind stems, please call the shop to discuss our bespoke options (starting at $150+).

How do I manage my subscription?

After signing up, you'll have access to a customer portal where you can update your delivery address, change your delivery frequency, skip deliveries, swap products, and manage payment information.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

We'll work with you to find the best delivery solution. Let us know your preferences during checkout, and we can arrange for safe drop-off locations or alternative delivery times.

Do you use local flowers?

Yes! We prioritize Iowa-grown stems when they're in season. Supporting local growers means fresher flowers for you and a stronger community for all of us.

How far in advance should I sign up?

You can sign up anytime! Your first delivery will be scheduled based on your selected frequency and our delivery calendar. We'll confirm your first delivery date after you subscribe.
